We are excited to announce that the 2026 AFMC Annual Medical Conference and Retreat will take place at the Westin Hotel, located in the heart of downtown NYC - Times Square!
The hotel has graciously offered us a versatile meeting space equipped with state-of-the-art technology for our medical conference and breakfast services. Enjoy the best food New York City has to offer during our reception, Hudson River boat cruise on Friday evening, broadway show on Saturday afternoon, food from the one and only Bhukara Grill during the gala dinner on Saturday night in the Westin Hotel's Ballroom.
This 4-day, 3-night event will include morning medical conferences and many other exciting activities, all set in Manhattan. We invite you to join us for this exciting event and help keep the AFMC spirit alive!

Step 4: Book your travel – Flights to NYC are reasonable, and the hotel is accessible via both LGA and JFK airports, about 30-60 minutes away depending on traffic. Subway, Uber or cabs are the best transport options.
